As a qualified Personal Trainer with more than five years in the industry, he specialises in bodybuilding, while also helping beginners build confidence in the gym and supporting clients through rehabilitation and recovery.
Lee is approachable and genuine, and invested in each client’s success. He creates personalised training programs tailored to each individual’s goals, abilities, and lifestyle.
Lee also leads Rock Solid’s popular 9.15am classes, bringing motivation, structure, and a high-energy coaching style to every session.

Jordan "Biggie" Steffans
Jordan “Biggie” Steffens is a highly experienced Personal Trainer and strength coach, specialising in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, strength development, and performance programming. His fitness career spans decades, beginning at the South Australian Institute of Sport at just 15 years old before progressing to the international Olympic weightlifting stage and later excelling in strongman and powerlifting.
A three-time Guinness World Record holder, Australia’s Most Powerful Man, and a lifetime drug-free athlete, Biggie brings unmatched experience and real-world strength knowledge to every client he coaches.
Biggie works with clients of all levels — from beginners wanting to learn proper lifting technique and build confidence, to experienced athletes chasing higher performance and serious strength goals.
He also leads Rock Solid’s 6.15am Strength & Conditioning class every Wednesday, delivering sessions focused on strength, fitness, and resilience.
