*Alien Supps - Rock Solid Scooter Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

**1. **Eligibility:** The giveaway is open to members and customers of Rock Solid 24/7Gym who purchase an Alien Supps brand full-sized product from our supplementstore during the competition period. Participants must be 18years or older. Employees of Rock Solid 24/7 Gym, Alien Supps, and theirimmediate families are not eligible to enter.

 

2. **Competition Dates:** The competition begins on the 4th day of September 2024 and ends on the 11th day of November. Entries received outside of these dates will not be considered.

 

3. **Entry:** To enter the giveaway, Participants must provide their nameand phone number at the time of purchase. This information must be recorded inSquare for the entry to be valid. A valid purchase receipt will also be required asproof of entry. Limit one entry per person per purchase. The Participants irrevocablyconsent to Rock Solid 24/7 Gym recording personal information in their point of sale systems.

 

4. **Purchases:** The purchase must be of an Alien Supps brand full-sized productfrom the Rock Solid Gym supplement store, in person or online, during the dates of the competition to qualify for entry.Purchases made outside of the gym or from third-party vendors are not eligible forthis giveaway.

 

5. **Prize:** The total value of the prize does not exceed $5,000. The prize is oneAlien Supps Rock Solid Soco Scooter. The prize is nottransferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other item.

 

6. **Registration and Insurance:** The winner / winning Participant is solelyresponsible for any and all registration, insurance, and any other costs associatedwith the scooter. Rock Solid 24/7 Gym and Alien Supps will not cover theseexpenses.

 

7. **Winner Selection:** The winner/ winning Participant will be drawn at random fromall eligible entries. The draw will be conducted at Rock Solid 24/7 Gym on the 12th Day of November 2024. The decision of the gym management is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

8. **Notification:** The winner / winning Participant will be notified via the phone numberprovided at the time of entry. If the winner/ winning Participant does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected. The winner/ winningParticipant’s name will be published on the Rock Solid 24/7 GymSocial media on 12th Day of November 2024.

 

9. **Prize Collection:** The winner/ winning Participant must collect the prize from RockSolid 24/7 Gym within 30 days of the draw. Identification may be required uponcollection.

 

10. **No Liability:** By participating in the giveaway, Participants agree thatRock Solid 24/7 Gym, Alien Supps, their affiliates, and any associated entities orindividuals, shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from or in connectionwith the acceptance, use, or possession of the prize. This includes, but is not limitedto, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

11. **Privacy:** Personal information provided by Participants will be usedsolely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be disclosed tothird parties without the participant consent, except as required by law.

 

12. **Disqualification:** Rock Solid 24/7 Gym reserves the right to disqualify anyParticipant entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or whoattempts to tamper with the entry process.

 

13. **Acceptance of Terms:** By entering the giveaway, Participants agree to bebound by these terms and conditions. Rock Solid 24/7 Gym reserves the right tomodify or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.

 

14. **Governing Law:** These terms and conditions are governed by the laws ofSouth Australia. Any disputes arising from this competition will be subject to theexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

 

15. **Legal Compliance:** This giveaway is conducted under the laws of SouthAustralia. No trade promotion lottery license is required as the total prize pool doesnot exceed $5,000.
